Smith LaRock multi-purpose facilities are all encompassing. We design these buildings to house our control suites, administration offices, EMS, warehouse, maintenance shop and services.
Multi-Purpose/Operations Building | Northern Alberta, Canada

Modularity benefits of pre-manufactured structural elements, and a building sized to allow for future expansion, this design separates interior office staff from exterior plant personnel to help minimize cleaning/reduce wear and tear on the structure. Access for exterior persons is controlled through the design configuration, yet allows office/plant personnel to collaborate as required to optimize the plant functions. In design 2009-10.

Programmed and planned to allow future additions to the independent work areas of the structure to accommodate added (future) CPF, as well as expand its offices to address the increased operations. Growth is designed to be telescopic, while allowing access to the maintenance area, warehouse, and conference areas. Separation of interior/exterior personnel (clean vs field) through good design organization was paramount. In design/regulatory approval.
