SLA’s client required a permanent residence facility be designed as part of the new bitumen extraction plant.  Looking for a competitive advantage and desiring to create a better quality of life for its workers while on-shift, the residences designed offer a strong attraction to the best workers and enhanced ability to recruit and retain workers through the increased quality of life in a 12 in /12 out reality.  In design 2009-10.
